This Saturday we're pleased to welcome mezzo-soprano Ami Walsh to our recital series. Ami's programme, "It's complicated", is a whirlwind tour of how love has been represented in music through the ages, from the comic to the tragic, on both the opera stage and in the recital hall. She will be singing well-known works by Brahms, Donizetti, Dring, Stravinsky and Verdi, to name but a few. Ami will be accompanied by pianist Gina Kruger.
The recital begins at 1.00pm, and as ever entry to the recitals is free, with a retiring collection taken to support our performers, as well as to contribute to the ongoing Organ Redevelopment Fund. We hope to see you there!
