Choral Mass for All Souls: Sun 4th Nov, 5.00pm
Join us this Sunday evening for a reflective, candlelit choral service for All Souls. As well as a Eucharist, there will be a Commemoration of the Departed, with readings, poetry and reflective silence.
The joint choirs of St Clement's and the Erasmus Chamber Choir will be singing music from Hernando Franco's beautiful Office for the Departed. This 16th century work was only recently rediscovered in Mexico (where it was written), and it is likely this is the first time this music will be sung as part of a liturgy here in the UK.
Beginning at 5.00pm, all are welcome, and we hope you can join us for this unique service!
