Do please join us on Saturday afternoon as the Orlando Singers make a welcome return to St Clement's. They will be performing Byrd's incredible Mass for Four Voices, alongside a number of motets and part songs by English and German composers. They will be directed by Brian Watkins.
The recital begins at 1pm, and as always, entry to the recital is free with a retiring collection taken to support the recital series, as well as raise funds for the ongoing Organ Redevelopment Fund at St Clement's. We hope to see you there!

Choral Eucharist: Sun 24th July, 5.30pm
Please join us this evening at 5.30pm for a special Choral Eucharist, with readings, poetry and meditative silence to mark the Nativity of St John the Baptist. Our choir will be joined by The Orlando Singers, singing Vierne's great Messe Solennelle, as well as Gibbons' "This is the record of John".

Sat 23rd June: Mozart and Haydn with the St Clement's Players (recital)
Join us this Saturday lunchtime as the St Clement's Players return to our recital series. With a slight change to previous announcements, they will be playing with soloists Laura Rickard (violin) and Clíona Ní Choileáin ('cello), performing a thrilling programme of Mozart and Haydn under the baton of Karol Jaworski.

Taizé Service: Friday 15th June
Join us this Friday evening for a Taizé Service, with prayers and reflections on the Holy Spirit. Led by Ed Cearns, this simple, medative service contrasts meditative prayers and chanting, with readings and periods of silence - a perfect end to a busy day and long week.

Sat 16th June: "A Russian Banquet" (recital)
We head across to Russia for this Saturday's recital, as mezzo-soprano Jessica Lawrence-Hares presents a showcase of song by famed Russian composers, including Tchaikovsky, Rimsky-Korsakov and Rachmaninoff. Accompanied by Olga Elbourn on piano, this is a feast of exquisite music not to be missed!

Sat 9th June: Baroque recorder trios (recital)
Join us this Saturday lunchtime as our Saturday Lunchtime Recital series continues. This week we're delighted to welcome a trio of players: Ellen Jameson, Francis Knights and Patrick Welche, who will be performing a selection of Recorder Trios by Baroque composers such as Telemann, Quantz, Mattheson and Fux.
